All my pans work great. I in finding they are slightly like forged iron. Once they warmth up (on medium), they retain their heat and prepare dinner evenly. I use medium warmth, and can continuously get by means of with med-low. No warping or flaking but. (The secret's to no longer use any extra heat than necessary - extreme excessive warmth can smash most skillets) I also got a griddle which is the Calphalon One Infused Anodized - their top line. I find it irresistible as neatly, and would purchase both once more. I went mostly with the Contemporary line due to lower cost. Be sure to learn the packaging to look what line you're getting, as they have a couple of traces available in the market. There is the 'infused anodized' and the 'hard anodized', nonstick and with out the nonstick, and many others.

I do not have too many gripes, aside from it would have been good if the deal withs were welded to the surface as a substitute of being bolted in. Stuff will follow the bolts.

Excellent product UNTIL we had guests who "helped us" smooth up and put them in our super heavy duty dishwasher... After that, the end used to be never the identical. I have ALWAYS hand used to behed my non stick pans. I'm afraid the trip throughout the dishwasher killed them. Now, our dishwasher is brutal, rather extra harsh than the average dishwasher, i've to admit.
